Individualized  Sessions 
Yoga for Your Best Self

The body benefits from a state of homeostasis, or balance, maintaining a relatively stable equilibrium between interdependent elements, to remain free of disease and ailments. Yoga helps the body remain in homeostasis. Specifically, yoga may ameliorate stress and depression as well as help individuals cope with trauma and injuries. Yoga keeps the energy flowing in the body and helps the body function at peak levels.

Individual energy and healing and life coaching sessions may be used singly or in combination with traditional western medicine to assist individuals to meet their goals. The primary goal is often leading a happy, healthy life.

Dianna integrates her education and experience to design specialized sessions to help individuals reach their goals. To create a unique healing experience through energy work and/or life coaching sessions she utilizes her master's degree in psychology, her training in Reiki, and various aspects of yoga. Some techniques include pranayama (breath work), Yin Yoga, meditation, Restorative Yoga, chakra balancing, and Yoga Nidra. For many years, Dianna has helped many of her students to ameliorate depression and anxiety and work through learning disabilities. Over the last few years, she has helped people deal with trauma and physical ailments as well as other concerns. Her multifaceted approach used in energy work and life coaching facilitates wellness and functioning so the body can heal itself.

She is passionate about sharing her experiences and outcomes from practicing yoga. Dianna wants those who attend individualized sessions to experience some of the same benefits she has received from the practice. She hopes clients will feel more relaxed and embrace an enhanced, truer quality of life.

Energy and Healing Sessions

Dianna's personal education, yoga, and healing experiences have shaped her into a caring, empathetic, and understanding person. In her healing sessions, she attempts to facilitate healing by connecting you to your intrinsic healing abilities.

Your session includes an in-depth consultation followed by a customized healing session to support your health and wellbeing on all levels.

Dianna integrates her education and experience to design the perfect sessions to help you reach your goals. She makes use of her training in Reiki, and various aspects of yoga such as pranayama, Yin Yoga, meditation, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. Although conversation is not the focus of these sessions, some aspects of cognitive psychology are incorporated to create a unique healing experience.

Meditation

Distance Healing

Dianna offers distance energetic healing sessions. A picture of the client before beginning this process is helpful, but not necessary. She has experience working with both people and animals.

Private Yoga Session

Private yoga sessions are customized to help you progress more quickly towards your goals. An integrative approach is utilized to facilitate wellness while helping the body heal itself. No experience is necessary as Dianna meets students at their levels of need.

Dianna holds a master's degree in psychology and is a RYT-500. She has been teaching yoga since 2020 and has been teaching and guiding students in general since the late 1990s. She loves working with individuals as they learn to become independent in their yoga practices. Dianna conducts in-depth consultations to create specialized programs to assist individuals as they progress toward their goals. She is passionate about working with individuals who might want more attention than is possible in a group class. Success to Dianna is when clients feel more empowered and live lives to the fullest.

Life Coaching and Mentoring

Dianna has been coaching and mentoring individuals since the early 1990s. Her education, training, and life experiences have shaped her into a caring, empathetic, and understanding person. Dianna facilitates relaxed easy conversations.

Individualized sessions consist of a multifaceted approach utilizing cognitive and behavioral modalities as well as incorporating various aspects of yoga. Dianna's goal is to help individuals live happy lives functioning at full potential.
