Our Story

Dianna has always felt as though her purpose in life was to help people. Shortly after Dianna completed her yoga teacher training, she began teaching yoga to family and friends because she enjoyed helping others feel more relaxed. Feeling empathy and heartbreak for those with so much loss around her during the pandemic stimulated a powerful desire to help people in need. In the fall of 2021, she started teaching yoga for donations to provide assistance to people in need. She loved giving back through yoga, a practice about which she already felt very passionate. Consequently, she created Introspective Yoga and Meditation as a nonprofit, an ongoing way to help people through the practice of yoga while helping those in need via donations.

Introspective Yoga and Meditation is named after the life changing experience Dianna had during her yoga and meditation journey. Prior to yoga techniques, her practice of psychology and meditation helped her live a healthier lifestyle. However, with the integration of introspection, asana (yoga poses), and other yoga techniques she was able to experience a more peaceful, joyful life. It was through introspection, yoga, meditation, and psychology that she was able to improve her relationships, career, and overall life. Dianna now continues sharing the wisdom and benefits of yoga, meditation, healing, and wellness in an inclusive and welcoming community.

Introspective Yoga offers both in-person group and in-person or online private Yoga classes, as well as personal healing sessions, energy sessions, life coaching, and mentoring. It is our hope you will join us and find any support fitting your needs along your journey in creating more peace, joy, and wellness in your life.
Dianna thanks all her psychology, yoga, and meditation teachers, namely Sandra Vanatko, for helping her learn how to implement the knowledge to gain introspection, awareness, and presence, while remembering her true nature. Second, she thanks her family and friends who practiced with her during yoga teacher training and gave her so much positive feedback and encouragement. Finally, she thanks the students for all their support to make this organization happen. She is tremendously grateful to be able to share some of what she has learned.

Inclusion Statement
