Our Work
Although Dianna has been volunteering and donating money for most of her life, this nonprofit was formally established in 2022. Below you will see the first family this organization has helped.
Florence and Salvador
By doing yoga in the fall of 2021 Introspective Yoga & Meditation raised money for Florence and Salvador, a family from the Jemez Pueblo. They were negatively effected by the pandemic and were no longer able to preform their regular jobs. They needed the help for the winter.

"Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity. We are using the money for heat and groceries during the winter. We are retired and use propane to stay warm at night, but it has become very expensive. We appreciate all you have done for us."

"Dianna Krueger is a very special person who has a very big heart. She is totally dedicated to helping people in need, and has raised money for families at Jemez Pueblo for several years. They need help with food and heat in the winter, and her donations have helped them survive. She also raised money for students in need at the University of Texas at San Antonio. Please support her efforts. The money goes directly to those who need help."
