"Soul. Peacefulness. Healing energy. These words best describe Dianna’s Yoga/Meditation sessions. Having never done Yoga really before, I didn’t know what to expect. It was the beginning of the Pandemic and to say that life had hit a low was an understatement. Yet for the next 2 years Dianna took me on a healing journey of mind, body, soul. What I absolutely loved about her teaching is how she adapted each session to exactly what we needed. Without a doubt, I owe a renewed sense for living to her. And to be able to give these sessions remotely across the country made me not feel alone. There is no greater gift a teacher can give."
